Ecstatic dance in St. Pete

Some things you can't biohack. You just have to dance them out — and St. Pete was built for it. Swell is an ecstatic dance in St. Petersburg: ninety minutes of music with no steps, no judgment, and nobody watching. Golden light, open sky, bare feet on sand — the setting is part of the medicine, and no city serves it like St. Pete.

Where we dance

Beaches, parks, warehouses

Pop-ups move. In St. Pete, floors land on the beaches, in the parks, and in the warehouse blocks that make this city what it is — the exact spot drops 48 hours before, to the list. First to hear where the next floor is.

What a floor feels like

We dance alone, together

You arrive as the light goes gold over the water. A circle, a breath, and then the wave begins. The music starts slow while you arrive in your body, builds until the whole floor is moving, and then sets you down gently. Come as a stranger, leave with your people.

No experience needed. Swaying counts. Standing still counts. If someone invites you to move together, a hand on your heart means "no thanks" — no words needed, no offense taken.
